You can order any of the products listed in the Shop section via e-mail, following these steps:
1. Fill in the form provided at the bottom of this page and send an e-mail it to sweet_artshop[at]yahoo.com. (Make sure you mention ‘Order’ or something similar in the subject line) You will receive a confirmation once your mail gets to us.
Note: because shipping is currently only available in Romania, the form is also provided in Romanian for now
2. Once the pre-order period is over, we will post a complete list of orders for you to check and point out any mistakes that might have occurred. IMPORTANT: if you want to change or cancel your order, this is the time to do it. Please consider this carefully and contact us with any modifications you’d like to make.
3. Once the orders are confirmed, we will proceed to print out and arrange the products. This stage usually takes around a week.
4. You will be notified via e-mail when your order is ready to be picked up.
5. For clients in Bucharest: you can pick up your order at a place and time we can agree upon, at which time you will also provide payment.
6. For clients outside Bucharest: we will mail your order to the address specified in your pre-order form. Payment will be made upon pick-up with a mail order (mandat postal/e-mandat), for which we will provide you with an address. Please note that our products will be carefully packaged and shipped. If this involves any extra or special shipping fees, you will be notified in time.
7. If you have any questions, suggestions or complaints, please use the e-mail address above and we will try to answer them as best as possible.
